First availability of your subscribed tenant
Once we receive your subscription request and payment, we will get to work and make your tenant and credentials available to you as soon as possible within 48 hours (usually within 2 hours on most days).
If you are in an emergency incident situation, reach out to us for immediate support.
Seats and user accounts⁴
A "Seat" includes the rights to assign a user account with privileges to manage incidents. Accounts without those privileges can follow incidents and produce report, and are totally free.
Since Breach Commander is an incident management solution and is meant to be used in times of great needs, it does not limit the addition of users and assignment of privileges within the application.
Seats consumption overflow is measured daily and is billed as a monthly average each month.
Analytics
The analytics are comprehensive of all the KPIs and metrics derived from the activities and data objects across the whole platform, including case, users, organizations, audits and more.
(Pro) customers get Organizations comparisons, statistics & ranking as well as audit metrics, in a perspective to ease professional services delivery, risk assessments and insurance underwriting.
Professional Services and Commercial Use
She standard version is meant for internal use of organizations.
(Pro) customers are permitted to use of the solution to deliver commercial services to a 3rd party organization (outside of the customer's corporate group).
Multi Tenancy
A tenant is a logical and data boundary where users are given permissions to manage cases and consume data.
(Pro) customers subscribed to 3 seats or more can request the creation of supplemental tenants. Please describe your needs in the order form or get in touch with us after submitting your subscription.
Hosting Regions¹
We host our standard app instances in the 3 main following geographical regions: Americas, Europe-Middle-East-Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC).
(Pro) customers subscribed to 3 seats or more can choose any subregion among Azure's hosting regions, subject to provider's availability.
Bring your own AI key²
We use OpenAI as our AI LLM provider.
(Pro) customers can provide us with their own OpenAI API key so that LLM requests are sent to their own OpenAI account instead of ours.
Bring your own storage blob³
We use Azure blob storage to store triple-encrypted files (pre-encrypted by us and then encrypted 2x by Azure).
(Pro) customers can provide us with their own Azure blob storage link so that we can store data in their own Azure tenant instead of ours.
