Easy Incident Orchestration

Breach Commander provides incident management at the root of its DNA.

The sequential or consequential capabilities and activities take their relevance when and after incidents have been managed (i.e auditing, reporting, analytics, etc)

So to start, let's look at how incidents are managed inside the solution.

It all starts by creating a case

New Case     ➡️    Assign     ➡️    Do the Interview     ➡️    Orchestrate Chaos

Then, we manage the case

The interface presents everything you need to operate right on your screen:

  • Live statistics bar at the top for the Tenant we're logged into

  • Contextual left action menu (we'll review later)

  • Current case header, which can be hidden

  • The playbooks steps to answer

  • Impacts tied to the Case (not shown)

  • Recent items in the form of a timeline (not shown)

From this point, you simply answer the questions or calls to action as presented to you.

Need a custom step? Go ahead!

The playbooks are "finite" despite being thorough. This is so to make them reusable, repeatable and comparable between tenants and customers, but also because ALL the possibilities cannot be accounted for in a realistic manner.

Even if we provide a comprehensive and sensical process to manage a wide variety of use-cases, you will encounter situations where you want to add a step to the incident, for action, documentation, auditing and reporting purposes.

You can do so easily by clicking on the "New Step" menu on the left or the corresponding button within each step.

From there on, you have the leeway to customize a new step according to your wishes and context.

This new step will be accounted for in terms of SLA and completion, so they have to be fulfilled as any other step.
